2022 Semi-Coached Team NL Membership
This package offers 6 total programmed workouts a week! 2 swim, 2 bike and 2 run! The group run speed work and bike ride are still included but with extra workouts per week.
The athlete also gets two 30 minute sessions with a Team NL coach to assist in season planning.
This option is great for anyone who wants more guidance on training without hiring a coach!
